Mediation

Civic, Commercial and Workplace Mediation positively resolves dispute and conflict through a confidential and co-created process. Mediation has a high rate of success and is therefore worth the investment. 93% of cases are successfully resolved without the need for court proceedings. It facilitates a constructive conversation, enabling parties to move past disputes and conflict, which leads to improved relationships and increased productivity. The transformative nature of mediation for individuals makes it an inherently ethical practice, it can also be a big win for organisations, saving time dealing with ongoing issues and complaints and resolving issues before litigation.

Mediation is a person-centred approach to managing conflict. It is dialogic and neutral, so both parties are heard equally, and both engage in creating solutions. Organisations and individuals who engage in mediation are sending a clear message that dealing with conflict and disagreement is ethical and appropriate. Conflict within organisations and between people, is inevitable – how it is dealt with, or not, matters for all stakeholders.

Mediation can move situations that seem irreconcilable into places of possibility, growth and restored productivity.
